It's possible to raise funds for your own, or other worthy charities through waste prevention. So don't throw it away just yet. Just make sure it's in good condition and if it's electrical, ensure that its still working.
Anything from a Sofa, a Bed, a Cooker, Bike, a Computer could all go to help someone living in your locality. Entering it into our Free Auctions will help us get the best price and we'll pay 90% of our net proceeds to the Charity you choose, at the time of upload.
We'll publish the amounts raised, the Charity name and the tonnage of the prevented waste on the site. If it sells, we'll contact your local Social Services Homeless Department or Trusted local Man and Van if it needs collecting. Meanwhile if you find some one else who needs it locally, then just cancel the listing. There are no penalties for doing so.
