Buying a New Appliance

Thank you for choosing to Ethically Purchase your New Appliance via EEESafe. Please click on one of our National Online Retailers below.  They have agreed to support us in this Ethical Purchase and we in turn financially support EEESafe Centres.   You will be helping someone who cannot afford a New Appliance, but also ensuring your old one is repaired by a Registered Competent Person.

NOTE:

The Coop offer a one hour delivery slot and are the only retailer who do not make money out of extended warranties.

Purchasing your New Appliances via the link below, means you are helping other people in your community who cannot afford a new appliance.

Donating an Old Appliance

If you have just donated your old Appliance via our National Hub , if we have a Centre in your area then they will contact you shortly to discuss collecting the “Donated Appliance (s)” and make arrangements that mutually satisfy you both. This may be before or after you accept delivery of your new item but the collection arrangements are solely between you and the Centre.  If we cannot find a centre, we will introduce ourselves to a suitable organisation and seek to arrange collection.  If we’re unsuccessful on this occasion, the we will let you know.  It’s also important to use one of our Retail Partners so that we can continue to help finance the local EEESafe Centre helping the local people.

IMPORTANT NOTICE from the co-op:

Because you have chosen to purchase a new Appliance via EEESafe and thus helping your local community access low cost goods, you are entitled to free removal of your old appliance for recycling by your local EEESafe Centre.    Please do not select or add removal to your basket on The Co-operative Electricals as this carries a charge of £9.99, whereas a Registered Centre will perform this service to you free of charge.

EEESafe are Registered under the Data Protection Act and will not use your information for any other purposes.  It may interest you to know that there have been over 250 Manufacturer Product Recalls in the last 6 years and if any new product problems are discovered which are currently unknown, then we would be in a position of being able to contact customers who may be eligible for a free repair.
