Appeal for more White Goods in Boston Council

Boston Borough Council has issued an urgent appeal for white goods to help Boston flood victims get back on their feet.

Donations of fridges, cookers and washing machines are said to be in demand.

Whilst we totally sympathise with the people of Boston, and those elsewhere at the mercy of these terrible floods, if people had been buying their new appliances via the EEESafe Website, they would have been able to donate the old appliance into an EEESafe Centre. The centres can be safely repairing the old appliances to make them available to thousands of impoverished people.
